Peach Filling 4 cups of peaches 1 cup of brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp vanilla Crisp Topping 1/2 cup butter 1 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup flour So the 4 cups of sliced peaches were made by Shadowcat-X. She put about 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 2 tsp vanilla in with them and put them in a big ziplock bag for me overnight. Then I made the topping by mixing the brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and flour in a bowl.. then melting the butter and folding it into the dry mix until it made crumbles. I spread that on top of the peaches mix in an 8" x 8" glass casserole dish. Then I put it into the preheated oven at 375 for 45 minutes. |

Mmm! I can just imagine the flavors those fresh peaches bring! This sounds very yummy! Especially warm with a scoop of ice cream on the side! |
