 Ok, updating the recipe for what is actually in it:
1 pound dry great northern beans
1 medium red onion, chopped
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Spicy Red Duck Ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup molasses
1 tablespoon Horseradish Mustard
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 bay leaf
2 teaspoons Omnivore Salt
1 smoked ham shank
