    Ok, folks..  You can blame this one on Melchar.  *giggle*   I give you a new creation of my fevered brain, the Chocolate Chip Cookie enchilada!    Please be aware that I have not MADE this yet..  right now I'm working on the recipe and figured..  your tummies should have to face this concept as well!

Steps:

1.  Lay 6" flour Tortilla flat on a plate.
2.  Smear surface of Tortilla with light coat of butter.
3.  Dust with Cinnamon and Sugar (a mix of half and half)
4.  Roll a1" thick roll of Chocolate Chip cookie dough.
5.  Roll flour tortilla around the cookie dough log.   Pin Tortilla so it stays.
6.  Put Tortilla ('s) in presprayed glass baking dish or cookie sheet.
7.  Drizzle Dulce de Leche over Tortilla roll
8.  Bake in oven at 350 until cookie dough is done.
9.  Allow to cool on a rack when done.
10.  Put on plate with a spoonfull of hersheys syrup to dip bites in.
