Woo hoo! This is a mop that I sort of threw together out of things here at home, mixing what I happenned to have. 1 cup Plum Jelly 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vineger 1 teaspoon minced Garlic 1 Tablespoon minced jalapenio Put everything into a pot and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly to prevent parts from burning or carmelizing. I used this on a mop for a pork roast (and some pork loin) in my smoker. The smoker runs a little over 200 degree's and was smoking with Whisky Barrel Oak. The mop formed a beautiful golden brown glaze all over the boneless pork shoulder and the Pork Loin that I used it on. The amount here was JUST enough to glaze the pork with none left to make a sauce out of. Next time I'll double the amount made so I can render what remains into a sauce for the pork. Boojum
