2 cups sugar
2 squares unsweetened baker's chocolate
1 cube butter
melt chocolate & butter, add in sugar and stir to mix
add 1/2 cup milk -
stir and blend - then bring to boil for 1 minute
Take off heat
add 1 t vannilla
1/2 cup nutty peanut butter
3 cups quick oats
stir thouroughly - then drop spoonfuls onto wax paper & allow cool
makes about 55-60 cookies
