This sounds like it would be scrumptious! Very similar to a "one skillet" version of hamburger stuff wuff makes when he wants a "comfort food" fix! Here's an extract of a recipe set I just posted for "do it yourself" sauce mixes that 'just happens' to go with Booj's recipe above. Do It Yourself Italian Dressing mix.... Homemade Italian Dressing Seasoning Mix 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 2 tbsp ground oregano 1 tbsp dried parsley 1 tbsp granulated sugar 2 tbsp salt (adjust to your own personal preference) 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp ground basil 1/4 tsp ground thyme 1/2 tsp dried celery flakes Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container. To prepare the dressing: Mix two tablespoons of the mix with 1/4 cup vinegar, 2 tablespoons of water, and 1/2 to 2/3 cup olive oil or canola oil.
