I found this in a magazine.. or at least some of it.. and decided to turn it into a hamburger casserole! I can't resist! So here it is after modifying... Stuff: 2 lb Ground Beef 2 can condensed cream of mushroom soup. 2 medium sweet red pepper chopped 1 cup frozen peas 2 cup chopped sweet onion 1 celery rib thinly sliced 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp coarsley ground pepper 2 tsp italian dressing mix 2 1/4 lb medium red potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices 2 tsp Salt 2 cup shredded Chedder cheese. Instructions: 1. In a large skillet fry Ground Beef together with onions. 2. In a large bowl, combine skillet contents, Soup, Italian Seasoning, Red Pepper, Peas, Celery, Garlic, Thyme and Pepper. 3. Put half of mixture into bottom of greased 5qt slow cooker, then a layer of potatoes. Repeat until everything is gone. 4. Cook on Low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
