Herb BBQ Sauce for Lamb

1 sm Onion, Chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp dried rosemary
12 fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water

    Chop onion and garlic very fine.  Add rosemary and mint leaves which have been crushed.   Add Vinegar and water and let mixture stand overnight.  When ready to BBQ Streaks or chops, brush them thoroughly with the sauce.  As the meat cooks, baste occasionally.  Pass a tureen of the same sauce when serving the lamb.
