Boston-style baked beans from scratch
Sweet, molasus style beans from scratch. Takes a while to make, but worth it. You can speed the process by using canned white beans instead of dried if you're in a hurry.

A more traditional, saucy, sticks on your fingers style BBQ Chicken. Still easy to make, but a few more steps than the Savory Italian one, and you get to mix your own spice rub for it. Also uses an over-night brine to add flavor and juiciness.

Two different "wraps" (Thai peanut and SouthWest flavored), and a light and sweet curried sauce with seedless grapes and Jicama. Wondertul as appeitizers, pot luck treats, and the Curried Grape & Chicken is especially nice for a Summer BBQ.
